Hello Mama-to-be,

I'm Kate — a former professional dancer and certified movement instructor who has experienced pregnancy not only as a teacher, but as a mother.

My journey to motherhood wasn’t effortless. It required patience, emotional strength, and a deep trust in my body. When I finally became pregnant, I approached every moment with awareness and gratitude.

Pregnancy transformed me in many ways. It taught me to slow down, listen to my body more carefully, and redefine what strength really means.

During my third trimester I was diagnosed with elevated blood sugar levels, which pushed me to understand my body on a much deeper level. Movement and nutrition were no longer just professional knowledge — they became conscious, daily choices.

With years of experience in body mechanics, alignment and strength training, I combined my professional background with my personal pregnancy journey to create a program that is both safe and supportive.

I created this program for women who want to feel strong yet gentle, supported yet confident, and empowered in both body and mind — throughout their pregnancy.
